SMS Program Disclosure

About This Program

LeadHub AI is a Twilio-registered Independent Software Vendor (ISV) that provides managed lead-response SMS services to small and medium businesses across the United States, including home services, real estate, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and home-inspection businesses.

When a consumer contacts a LeadHub AI client business by texting that business's LeadHub AI-managed phone number, our platform responds via SMS on behalf of the business to qualify the inquiry, schedule services, and follow up on open requests.

Program Type

This is a Customer Care program. Messages are conversational, transactional, and account-notification only. We do not send marketing, promotional, or cold-outreach content under this program.

Message Types

Automated replies to inbound consumer inquiries
Qualifying follow-up questions (address, urgency, service type)
Appointment and job-booking confirmations
Day-before reminders for scheduled service visits
Follow-ups on prior inquiries that did not reach a conclusion
Rescheduling and cancellation confirmations

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the consumer's interaction with the business. A typical inquiry results in 1–10 messages. Recurring service customers may receive periodic appointment reminders.

How Consumers Opt In

Consumers consent to receive messages from this program exclusively through one explicit, verifiable channel:

Inbound text (text-initiated): The consumer texts the business's LeadHub AI-managed number first. The inbound text constitutes express consent to receive an SMS reply to that inquiry. Consumers obtain the business's number from one of the published placements documented at /sms-cta-examples: the business's Google Business Profile listing, Facebook/Instagram click-to-message advertising, business cards, vehicle decals, yard signs, or direct referral. Note on the website chat widget: The LeadHub AI chat widget deployed on leadhubai.io and on client websites is a chat-only channel. It does not capture SMS consent and does not trigger any outbound SMS. Phone numbers shared inside the chat widget are used only to continue the conversation in-chat or by direct phone call — never to send SMS — unless the consumer separately opts in through one of the channels above.

Consent is logged with timestamp, source, and the exact disclosure phrasing presented to the consumer, and is retained for at least four (4) years per TCPA record-keeping best practice.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to any message at any time. Opt-out is processed instantly and honored permanently for that phone number across all LeadHub AI-managed business numbers the consumer has interacted with. After opting out, the consumer receives a single confirmation message and no further texts.

Message and data rates may apply depending on the consumer's mobile carrier and plan. LeadHub AI is not responsible for carrier charges.

Supported Carriers

All major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and others. Carrier support may change without notice.

No Sharing of Mobile Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
