Is this really locked in for 60 months?
Yes. Once accepted and signed, your tier's founding rate — Starter $150, Growth $250, or Pro $350 — stays locked for 60 months from signup. Your service agreement spells this out in writing. After 60 months, if our prices have gone up, yours can — but only then.
Why are you doing this?
Two reasons. First, we want our first 50 customers to feel invested in our success — you'll shape the product in ways future customers won't. Second, honest reviews and word-of-mouth from 50 happy service businesses are worth far more to us than the $100–$249/mo × 50 in discount we're leaving on the table.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel anytime after your first month — no long-term contract. But if you leave and later want to come back, your founding rate is gone. You'd re-subscribe at whatever regular pricing is at that time.
Do I get charged right now?
No. The flow is: (1) you apply, (2) we review within 24 hours, (3) 15-minute intro call with the founder, (4) 30-minute white-glove setup, then (5) a full 30-day no-card trial on the platform. Only after the trial — when you sign your locked founding-rate agreement — does billing begin. Nothing is charged before that.
Is there a trial period?
Yes. Every Founding 50 applicant who is accepted gets a 30-day no-card trial after the white-glove setup is done. Use the full platform — AI lead capture, content creation, scheduling, analytics, everything included in your chosen tier — with no payment method on file. If at the end of 30 days you decide LeadHub isn't for you, you walk away with no charge. If you want to continue, you sign the agreement and your locked founding rate ($150, $250, or $350/mo depending on tier) kicks in. We chose 30 days because home-service lead cycles often span 3-4 weeks from inquiry to job booked — you should see the full lead-to-cash flywheel before committing.
What's the criteria for being accepted?
We prioritize: (1) active local service businesses in our supported industries, (2) business owners who can make a decision quickly, (3) geographic diversity — we don't want all 50 members in one city. If you're a real business with real leads, you're very likely to get in.
What if all 50 spots are taken when I apply?
Apply anyway. We review every application individually, and depending on demand we may extend the Founding rate to additional spots (potentially up to 100). If your application comes in close to the cap, we'll let you know whether your Founding rate qualifies before any commitment on your side. Worst case, you join the regular waitlist for our standard plans — no risk in applying.
